Store flannel in its original packaging in a cool, dry place. Reuse up to 10–15 times.

How to use

1. Fold flannel to desired size & saturate with Castor Oil.
2. Place over the target area & cover with protective layer.
3. Apply heat (hot water bottle) and relax for 45–60 minutes.
4. Remove and cleanse skin.
5. Store in cool, dry place. Reuse up to 10–15 times.
