I created Serenett while walking through my own journey of self-understanding, acceptance, and healing. I didn’t have a clear path or all the answers. Some days felt lighter. Some days felt messy. And sometimes, healing simply meant slowing down, staying present, and choosing not to give up on myself.
That journey is also why Your Inner Reset exists. Through simple practices like Notice, Understand, Soothe, and Reset, I wanted to create gentle reminders for anyone who is trying to reconnect with themselves — slowly, honestly, and with more care.
What I share comes from personal experience, reflection, and continued learning. It is not medical advice, but an invitation to pause, look inward, and find your own way forward.
