I created this space while walking through my own self-healing journey, with C-PTSD and Asperger’s-related experiences as part of my story. It has not been a straight or easy path. Some days feel clear. Some days feel messy. Some days, healing simply means staying here and not giving up on myself.
That is also why Your Inner Reset exists. Through simple steps like Notice, Understand, Soothe, and Reset, I hope to share gentle reminders for anyone who is trying to come back to themselves — slowly, honestly, and with more care.
