Free Shipping
Eligible U.S. orders over $200 USD receive free standard shipping.
Certain products, brands, or delivery locations may have different shipping requirements. Where a different shipping policy applies, the applicable options will be shown at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items shipping from different locations, your order may arrive in more than one package.
You may therefore:
- Receive packages on different dates
- Receive more than one shipping confirmation
- Have a separate tracking number for each shipment
If one package arrives before another, your remaining items may still be on the way.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees after checkout simply because an order is shipped in multiple packages.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with available tracking information.
If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking details for each package.
Please allow some time for carrier tracking information to update after your package has been dispatched.

Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building management, reception, or mailroom staff.
Some carriers may mark a package as delivered shortly before final delivery. We recommend allowing up to two additional business days.
